Following an ownership change, the new owner group wanted to bring new life and their own personal touch to the property- we helped to achieve just that. The biggest changes can be found as soon as you walk through the front door. The Leasing Office and Clubhouse underwent a dramatic change with tons of custom-fabricated pieces from a beautiful leasing desk to an intricately build and upholstered elongated free form banquette with a built-in business center on the back side. The renovation was tied together from beginning to end with the high level of detail we provide all clients on every project.
