Lofts at CityCentre requested all of it’s terraces to be renovated. Two custom trellises were built on site with market lighting strung in between. This is complimented by an outdoor-rated inset television with a warm wood accent wall.  The commercial grill has a timer, an access door for propane, and electrical topped off with a beautiful piece of level 2 granite. The fitness center constituted a complete renovation and the elevators required a complete replacement of the lighting. To complement the new look of the elevators, Chicago thin brick was  added to the entrance to enhance its aesthetics.
